Welcome to MonoMuse
MonoMuse is a contemporary museum exploring where art meets technology. Our rotating exhibitions, immersive installations, and hands-on workshops bring together artists, engineers, and curious minds under one roof.
Whether you're here for the first time or the fiftieth, there's always something new to see. We host three floors of exhibition space in Pittsburgh's Oakland neighborhood, featuring everything from generative art and sound installations to hands-on workshops on creative coding. MonoMuse was founded in 2018 by a group of Carnegie Mellon alumni who wanted to build a space where art and technology aren't treated as separate things. Since then we've welcomed over 200,000 visitors and partnered with artists, researchers, and schools from across the region.
